At our company, we prioritise safety and compliance in our fire door manufacturing process. With the recent changes in fire safety regulations, including the phasing out of BS476 and the upcoming requirement for BS EN 1634-1 by 2029, we have launched a robust Burns Tests program. This 5-year plan is designed to ensure all our fire doors meet the highest standards of performance and safety.

What Our Program Entails

Regular Testing: We conduct burns tests on at least two new design variations of our fire doors each year to ensure compliance and performance.

Smoke Testing: In addition to fire resistance, we test all our doors for smoke control, ensuring they provide comprehensive protection.

Dual Certification: We offer a range of doors with dual certification for both fire resistance and PAS24 security standards, giving you peace of mind.
